I would only recommend Anki if you like flashcards, because some people find them frustrating/tedious and it may put them off language learning, but personally I really enjoy them.
I will write more about my advice for using Anki in the future, but in general I would advise making your own decks, and using purely the target language, either by using pictures, target language definitons, or cloze sentences (but obviously you can find what works best for you).
You can also get fun addons to help motivate you like Pokemanki!
You can use it to have subtitles in 2 languages on YouTube or Netflix, and you can click on words to look them up. With premium (€5.26/month) you can also save these words. Unfortunately it doesn't work with firefox. :(

Although it's not the best way to learn vocab, this website is so fun! I like using it as a warm-up, or for when I don't have much energy but still want to do some practice.

I find the section that shows translations into many languages so helpful! This is my go to dictionary so that I don't have to swap between websites when working with multiple languages.
